It's all about baby steps and consistency. If you can walk to the mailbox or to the street corner and back, you're on your way? Set small goals and do them consistently. Commit to 3-4 days a week. You've got this!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, great! Go for a walk or bike ride or run - just get outside! Others prefer home-workouts, whatever works best for you. Just be consistent!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
